I bought a policy from HDFC ERGO and within 4 months tested +ve for COVID-19. I got them admitted to a cashless network hospital. I did not have to pay a single penny for their treatment. I would strongly recommend this insurance company.

Good Service

5 years since I have bought a policy from hdfc ERGO and all service requests have been hassle-free. Not made a claim till date, so not sure about claim settlement but I do get the no claim bonus.

Service can be better

Entire year you receive no calls from the service team except the renewal month. This should change. HDFC ERGO should value their customers a little more to retain them.
