I had filed a claim with Bharti Axa for my mother as she was hospitalized for a couple of weeks. I contacted the customer service of Bharti Axa and presented them with all the necessary documents. They started the processing right off the bat and settled my claim within 3 working days. Very responsive team.

Compared to other insurance companies, Bharti Axa has less number of hospitals. It is difficult to find hospitals near you sometimes.
